- Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and strengthen internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams on financial and compliance matters.
Qualifications:
- Over 8 years of professional experience at a Big 5 accounting firm and 3 years in a corporate environment, with a strong focus on consolidation reporting and related financial tasks.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting standards.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- CPA qualification a plus.
- Strong English communication skills. Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
