HR Administrative Specialist

• Managing employee personnel files and ensure their validity. Administration for the whole employment period – personnel hiring employment continuity and terminations.
• Ensuring all hiring documents are prepared, signed accurately, and archived efficiently.
• Accurately maintaining employee data in internal HR Systems.
• Reviewing and updating job descriptions and internal HR procedures along with HR Manager and under direct supervision of Legal department.
• Preparing and managing documentation for various employee requests or life cycle events, including maternity/paternity leave.
• Using the ticketing system to monitor and resolve incoming cases.
• Preparing attendance records accurately for payroll processing.
• Collecting medical leave certificates for payroll processing and reimbursement.
• Providing internal and external audit support as required
• Administering database for medical providers (Private health insurance), Meal vouchers providers and maintaining contact with them.
• Supporting Health and Safety provider with preparing needed documentation.
• Support disciplinary investigations, labor inspections, and employee integration

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role for 1 - 3 years
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Good knowledge of English & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Good analytical skills
• Positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable
• Team-oriented
• Jira - Charisma - would be a plus
