Hr Administrator

As part of our newly established SAP MPS (Managed Payroll Services) and BPO team, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality HR operations services across areas such as time tracking, benefits, pensions, insurance, garnishments, and document management.

Key Responsibilities

• Process HR service cases and resolve employee queries.

• Maintain and update HR data related to benefits, pensions, insurance, time management, and garnishments.

• Manage document administration and invoice reconciliations.

• Support change requests, testing, and system updates.

• Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with global and local standards.

• Collaborate with clients, country teams, and external stakeholders.

• Support payroll controls, data validation, and year-end activities.

• Guide and support junior team members.

About You

• 1–3 years’ experience in payroll or HR outsourcing.

• Knowledge of HR processes such as time management, benefits, pensions, insurance, and document administration.

• Strong administrative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with SLAs and managing multiple priorities.

• Fluent in English and the local language.

• SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, HR systems, or payroll certifications (PHR/CIPD) are a plus.
