• Act as the first point of contact for all HR administration and employee lifecycle support for the Swiss entity.
• Manage employee records, HR documentation, contracts, letters, and compliance with local policies and regulations.
• Support HR operations, including HRIS administration, payroll coordination, data quality, and employee communications.
• Partner with managers on HR processes, providing guidance and ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Organize personnel-related meetings, maintain accurate employee records, and handle day-to-day HR administrative activities

## Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR administration with strong knowledge of employment law and social security regulations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, resilient, and well-organized professional with a solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and German, with high integrity, discretion, and service orientation,

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 1 400 EUR/month

This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
