About this role
Role Purpose
This role will act as an individual contributor, delivering the HR agenda within the India region of Delta Capita and partnering with key stakeholders, Business and HR lead. This role will manage day to day activities and key people-related changes; and work on initiatives that supports the business.
Key Accountabilities
Work with other HR business partners and business line leads to deliver the people agenda, identifying current and future people-related business needs.
Manage the onboarding of new employees, including background checks and employment passes.
Manage HR activity related to global mobility, including visas and relocation requirements.
Proactively work with business line leads to monitor key KPIs such as absence and attrition and addresses issues through relevant HR activity.
Act as a point of contact within the India region for any potential people related risks and ensure any known risks are managed appropriately.
Assist the global HR partners, wherever applicable, with administrative support.
Collaborate with the business leads to identify and manage the training requirements.
Support the rewards and recognition program established in the organization.
Predominant focus on employee engagement activities: Organise and plan engagements on various DEI and ESG-related activities.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are fit for purpose within the region and amend/create new policies where required.
Function as a role model in living the Delta Capita Values.

Degree or equivalent level qualification
Appropriate HR qualification with 4-6 years of experience
