• Support leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective area of responsibility
• Act as HR Business Partner to assigned area of responsibility in HR related matters:
• Coordinate HR related topics (crisis situations – e.g. economic, social, etc.) by request of respective leader
• Act as an interface during escalations
• Organize the relevant information for ASI, personnel planning (FTE, personnel costs), KPIs

Qualifications

• Master degree in Human Ressources.
• HR Industry Knowledge/ Talent Management/ Learning & Development/ Organizational Change and Culture Management
