About the role
We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join us at Unframe and help shape how we grow - as a team, as a culture, and as a company.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys working closely with managers and employees, combining strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
What you’ll do
- Partner closely with managers and team leads across EMEA and the US to support team growth, performance, and development
- Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related topics in a global, cross-cultural environment
- Lead and support core HR processes (performance reviews, feedback cycles, goal setting, etc.) across multiple regions
- Support and guide managers through complex people challenges in different geographies
- Own employee lifecycle processes for global employees (from onboarding to development and offboarding)
- Drive initiatives around engagement, culture, and employee experience across distributed teams
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in an HRBP / People Partner role
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Proven experience supporting global teams, with a strong understanding of US work culture
- Native-level English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to build trust across cultures and time zones
- Experience supporting managers through people-related challenges in a global context
- High emotional intelligence and strong judgment
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
Nice to have
- Background in organizational development, coaching, or talent management
