WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As an HR Consultant, you will be an inspired and highly motivated HR professional, working closely with the Retail department and actively contributing to promoting JYSK as an employer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing daily HR support to Retail stores and Head Office teams.

• Supporting recruitment in cooperation with Retail for different retail positions.

• Ensuring 100% alignment with the JYSK recruitment process.

• Supporting ad hoc HR projects and tasks assigned by the Local HR Manager and/or JYSK HR.

• Being responsible for the relevant HR systems.

• Following up on HR concepts and procedures.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• A degree in HR or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail company.

• Strong planning and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

• A flexible and proactive mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges.

• Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams.

• A solution-oriented approach and a genuine interest in supporting people and the business.
