As a Human Resources Executive, you will work closely with business leaders and employees to support operational HR requirements and foster a positive employee experience.

This is a hands-on HR Generalist role responsible for delivering end-to-end HR support across recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle management, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, reporting, and compliance. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, build effective relationships with stakeholders, and ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, interview coordination, candidate assessments, offer preparation, onboarding, and induction activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and interview feedback within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring vacancies are aligned to approved headcount and recruitment plans.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to facilitate a timely and effective recruitment process while monitoring recruitment metrics and vacancy status.

Payroll, Benefits & HR Administration

  • Prepare and review monthly payroll inputs, coordinating with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance, leave management, and employee records.
  • Manage employee lifecycle administration, including employment contracts, confirmations, promotions, transfers, resignations, and exit interviews.

Performance Management & Employee Relations

  • Coordinate probation reviews, employee confirmations, annual performance reviews, and performance improvement processes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee enquiries and provide support on routine employee relations matters.
  • Assist with disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes, maintaining appropriate documentation and escalating matters where required.

Learning, Development & Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate training programmes, training records, compliance requirements, HRDF administration, and learning initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Support employee engagement, wellness, recognition, communication, and culture-building activities, including monthly Town Hall sessions.

HR Reporting, Compliance & Governance

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics relating to recruitment, headcount, turnover, and attrition.
  • Support HR budgeting exercises and ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, audits, statutory requirements, and document retention standards.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll and employee administration.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
