HR Generalist

PIE’s most important resource is our people. PIE’s success is directly related to the success of our people. The HR Generalistis responsible for ensuring that PIE employees are supported and empowered to do their best work. This role includes administering PIE’s benefits and supporting the growth and development of the workforce amongst other responsibilities.This position manages, supports, and coordinates company-wide initiatives.

The HR Generalist builds and maintains administrative and HR systems and processes to ensure consistent employee experience around onboarding, training, use of benefits, and application of company policies. This is a confidential position, as it may include access to confidential employee information, and as such, this position requires discretion.
