We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist cum Admin who is strong in driving recruitment activities and able to support the management in maintaining a good standard of HR and Admin functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:
-Executing end to end process of recruitment activities, include job description preparation, identification of suitable recruitment channels, sourcing, shortlisting of applications, coordination of interviews and issue employment offer.
On boarding:
-Initiate system onboarding process as per company requirements, and ensure new employee’s assets are in place prior to their onboarding.
-Conduct in house induction program for new employees, keep track of employment confirmation process.
-Off boarding:
-Initiate system offboarding process as per company requirements and ensure resignee asset clearance.
Employees relations:
-Responsible for employee engagement/recreation activity
-Handle employees’ enquiries on welfare, and benefits related topics.
-Handle employee grievance and complaints
-Support the management in handling legislation and all labour department related matters.
Administration:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Sorting of file, documents and reports
-oversee daily office management
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- IT support point of contact

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
-Minimum 3 years of experience in full spectrum of HR function
-Strong in recruitment, ideally within shipping or logistic industry.
-Self-starter, resourceful, a team player and able to work with people at all levels
-Fluent in English, both orally and written.

-Proficient in MS Office (specially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint), experience in Successfactors knowledge would be an added advantage.
