Requirements
Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Support CV screening and shortlisting under supervision.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates.
- Update recruitment trackers and candidate records accurately.
HR Administration
- Assist in maintaining employee files and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Prepare basic HR documents and letters when required.
- Organize and update HR records and internal databases.
General HR Support
- Support daily HR operations and internal coordination.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and team members, mainly in English.
- Assist the HR team with ongoing tasks and HR-related projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR, administration, or recruitment support.
- HR-related certifications ( Alisone,g..) are preferred.
- Fluent command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
