Since launching in Hong Kong in 2016, OnTheList has hosted over 6,350 flash sales and has built a community of over 1.53 million members across all regions. We've since expanded to Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Korea, Shanghai, Beijing, Thailand, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia with plans to expand to more strategic markets.

HR Intern – Recruitment & HR Administration


You will support the Middle East HR function across recruitment and day-to-day HR operations, gaining hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, HR administration, and regional expansion projects across the UAE and KSA.

The HR Intern will assist with the full recruitment cycle - from posting job ads and screening CVs to coordinating interviews and candidate communications while also supporting core HR administrative tasks including onboarding, documentation, contract preparation, and record keeping. This role requires strong organization, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the HR Manager-Middle East.


WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH...

Recruitment Support

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment: drafting and posting job ads, screening CVs, and shortlisting candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing candidate communications throughout the process
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate pipeline
  • Support recruitment for flash sale event staffing, including freelancers and agency workers

HR Administration & Operations

  • Support onboarding and offboarding administration for employees, freelancers, and event staff
  • Assist with preparation of employment contracts, NDAs, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, trackers, and HR files
  • Support internal communications, including announcements and staff scheduling emails

General HR Support

  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects, including KSA expansion-related administrative tasks
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager as needed


WHAT IT TAKES

  • Prior recruitment experience or internship exposure, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or retail industry
  • Currently residing in the UAE on a family-sponsored visa
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals
  • Professional communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Available full-time on a hybrid working arrangement
  • Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
