HR Manager

Our client is one of the US Rail Transportation market leaders in the design, manufacture, maintenance and supply of equipment and components for railway systems.

Functions:

• Pursue and execute the strategic direction of HR on behalf of the business unit and the regional top

• Provide the strategic input to the regional management team and build leadership capabilities, organizational capabilities and a culture with the local market place.

• Ensure the implementation and rollout of high value HR processes at business level and ensuring that transactional HR excellence is provided

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• Proven record as a HR manager and at least 3-4 years of experience in the position
• Business or HR background
• Cross functional HR knowledge
• Experience negotiating with unions
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency
• Ability to perform and adapt to multinational environments
