What You’ll Do
- Executeandproactivelyoverseepermitapplicationsandadministrative HR onboardingprocessesforinternationalstarters, pertinenttodifferenttypesofworkvisasandresidencyapplications. You willbethemainsupportingbodyofourvalued HR squad, overseeingexecution, jumpinwhereneeded, andprovidinghands-onguidance.
- Draft, amendandreviewtypesofemploymentcontractsforgroupwidecompanysetups
- Integrateandpartnerwithrecruitmentand IT teamstodriveanefficientpre-onboardingandonboardingprocessandimplementunifiedsolutions.
- Manageemployeerelations, internalmovements, andcross-border HR coordination. Servingguidanceonpolicyandpractices, whilstnurturing a healthydaytodayworkplace.
- Implementandsupportperformancemanagementsystemsincollaborationwithlinemanagers.
- Leadad-hocprojectsrelatedtoofficemanagement, HR policies, processimprovement. Focusingonpeopleand business
What You’llNeed
