We're looking for an HR Operations Intern to support our HR team across a wide range of day-to-day operations, including attendance, leaves, government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, HRSD, Mudad, Taqat, Muqeem, etc.), employee documentation, and more. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to HR operations

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the team in tracking employee attendance and updating related records.
  • Help process leave requests and learn how leave policies and procedures are applied.
  • Assist with submitting and tracking requests on Qiwa (e.g., work permit renewals, Iqama renewals, contract documentation).
  • Help process basic GOSI requests, such as adding or removing employees from the system.
  • Support Muqeem-related tasks, such as printing Iqamas or tracking service transfer status.
  • Assist with visa issuance requests through e-channels under supervision.
  • Help monitor official government announcements and flag relevant updates to the HR team.
  • Support documentation and record-keeping for employee violations and disciplinary cases.
  • Help draft official letters requested by employees, based on existing templates and guidelines.
  • Support HR in maintaining complete and compliant employee files (CVs, ID copies, transcripts, etc.).
  • Serve as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries, escalating more complex requests to the relevant HR team member.
  • Requirements and Qualifications

    1. Saudi nationality.
    2. Recent graduate and must be eligible for Tamheer.
    3. Minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 5.
    4. Strong interest in human resources and a desire to pursue a career in the field.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    7. Proficiency in G Suite.
