HR Operations Specialist - Al Ain

New Century Education is a brand-new school group established in 2021 and based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are a non traditional and progressive school operator with more than 5000 students studying the US California state curriculum across 6 campuses in Al Ain and Baniyas, Abu Dhabi.

New Century Education is recruiting for an additional HR Operations Specialist to join our expanding team. This is a brand new position that will support our existing HR team as we continue to grow our school operations in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in HR or related field
• CIPD or similar qualification preferred although not essential
• Experience working in a school with knowledge of ADEK PASS advantageous
