Accountabilities:

The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the daily operation, configuration, and improvement of assigned HR technology platforms. This role ensures system reliability, data accuracy, and effective user support while partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.

  • Administer HR systems, modules, workflows, forms, reports, and business processes while supporting approved configuration updates.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, document, and resolve system tickets related to access, workflows, data issues, and process challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system usability, data quality, and operational efficiency, escalating complex issues when needed.
  • Support change management activities by preparing requirements, validating configurations, executing testing activities, and maintaining documentation.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, cleanup activities, and audits to ensure accurate and compliant HR information.
  • Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, configuration notes, and testing records.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Reporting, Analytics, and IT teams on projects and system improvements.
  • Support HR technology initiatives including releases, integrations, compliance activities, and business growth projects.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting HR technology solutions, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to manage confidential employee information with accuracy and discretion. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, customer support skills, and cross-functional collaboration.

    • 4+ years of experience supporting HR systems, payroll technology, talent acquisition platforms, learning systems, benefits, compensation, or related HR technology functions.
    • Experience with system configuration, user support, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and ticket management.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple requests, meet deadlines, and provide effective support in a remote work environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across HR and IT teams.
    • Experience with change management processes, data controls, and system documentation practices.
    • Familiarity with UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management, or similar HR technology platforms is preferred.
    • Knowledge of multi-state U.S. and/or Canadian payroll or employee population support is a plus.
    • Experience with HR technology certifications, reporting tools, or system implementation projects is advantageous.
    • No degree required; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
