We are recruiting an experienced HSE Analyst for a Saudi government-backed Vocational & Technical Institute. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Health, Safety, and Environment systems, compliance, and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and workplace audits.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Analyze HSE performance data and recommend improvements.
- Support safety awareness programs and employee training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably within a vocational training institute, Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial, or construction environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Previous GCC experience is preferred.
- Strong English communication and reporting skills.
