Qualifications

• The ideal candidate must have minimum of 15 years experience as Human Resource Manager in a manufacturing outfit.
• The candidate will manage employment relations, performance management and behavioral change, terms and conditions of employment and employee hand book and records.
• The candidate must have a first degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field
