About this role
Velox Electro Europe, one of the fastest-growing electrical contractors, delivering large-scale data center projects across Europe, is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator – Mobility for the Leiria office.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR Mobility activities, with a strong focus on international employee postings, employment legislation, compliance and HR procedures. The role will be responsible for ensuring that mobility processes are properly structured, implemented and monitored, while providing accurate HR reporting to headquarters and supporting the organization on cross-border employment matters.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and processes, particularly in the areas of international mobility, employee postings and compliance.
Coordinate and follow up on employee postings and assignments to different countries, ensuring compliance with applicable employment, social security, immigration and posting legislation.
Manage the required documentation, registrations, notifications and reporting associated with international assignments.
Monitor changes in employment legislation and ensure that HR mobility practices and procedures remain compliant with local and EU requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements, including working conditions, working time, equal treatment and Equal Pay requirements.
Coordinate with external advisors, authorities and other relevant stakeholders on employment, social security, immigration and posting-related matters.
Prepare and consolidate HR reports and mobility-related information for headquarters, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and compliance with reporting requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation, ensuring that all mobility-related information is properly documented and up to date.
Support the implementation and standardization of HR processes across the organization and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding mobility procedures, employment conditions and applicable requirements.
Support employee relations and other HR activities when required, ensuring a professional and compliant working environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Law or a related field.
Proven experience in HR, preferably with a strong focus on international mobility, employee postings or cross-border employment.
Previous experience in developing, implementing and improving HR procedures and processes.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR compliance and employment documentation.
Practical experience managing international employee postings/assignments, including registrations, documentation and compliance requirements.
Experience working with external advisors, authorities and other stakeholders on employment, social security, immigration or mobility matters.
Experience preparing HR reports and providing structured information to headquarters or international management teams.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers and external stakeholders.
Good knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office.
Advanced English, both written and spoken.
Experience in an international organization or within the construction, engineering or data center industry is an advantage.
