Recruit, screen and perform initial interviews of applicants. May perform other activities in multiple human resources areas:

Responsibilities:

  • Hire employees and process hiring-related paper works and endorsements
  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as Phil Labor Law.
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards or regulations
  • Prepare and maintain employment records related to events: hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using HR management system software
  • Address employee relations issues and concerns
  • Administer compensation or benefits programs
  • Collaborates with different departments for the hiring requirements and resolution of employee concerns.
  • Reports directly to the Director of Operations and CEO

Qualifications

Skills:3+years as an HR Generalist or HR Recruitment Specialist

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Can work well under pressure and with strategic thinking abilities

Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-starter

Proficient in MS office and Google suite

Bachelor's Degree in HR or Psychology, an advantage

Required Special skills/qualities:

Interpersonal communication skills, Time management, Positive attitude, Negotiation skills, With Integrity and Professionalism
