Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who has hands-on experience working with US companies and managing US-based employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US HR practices, employee handbook management, compliance, and end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations for US-based employees
  • Ensure compliance with US labor laws, policies, and HR best practices
  • Develop, maintain, and update the Employee Handbook in line with US regulations
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for US employees
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Maintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures
  • Support payroll coordination and benefits administration for US employees
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably with a US-based company or supporting US employees
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR compliance
  • Proven experience in creating and managing Employee Handbooks
  • Experience handling onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT or Managed Services (MSP) environment
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
