• Ensure the implementation of the company’s Human Resources strategy, policies, proceses and tools                 
• Be responsible for all areas of personnel management, including recruitment, training and development, payroll, personnel administration, and employee relations                                    
• Develop programs that attract, develop, and retain employees within the company                                    
• Design and implement programs to increase employee motivation and engagement                                    
• Provide effective support and consultancy to senior management on HR-related matters                                    
• Improve the quality and efficiency of human resources through talent management and development programs   
• Identify business needs and implement appropriate HR solutions                                    
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor legislation                                         
• Act as a mediator in resolving company-wide and employee-related issues                                    
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to personnel management and payroll processes                       
• Manage and develop the Human Resources team                                
   

Qualifications

Functional / Professional                                      

• Master's in human resources or business administration                   
• A min of 8 years of experience, preferably in the automotive industry
