Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead and inspire the HR team while developing strategic initiatives that align with company growth goals.
• Executive Advisory: Review and advise on organizational policy, executive decision-making, administrative strategy, and annual HR budgeting.
• Full-Cycle Talent & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment to attract top-tier talent and foster a welcoming onboarding experience that sets new hires up for long-term success.
• Employee Relations & Advocacy: Serve as the trusted bridge between employees and management; advise on critical issues such as EEO, harassment prevention, and workplace fairness.
• Training & Performance: Design and deliver engaging training programs, manage performance evaluation systems, and provide actionable development feedback.
• Policy & Compliance: Enact, update, and enforce personnel policies while ensuring full compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws.
• Benefits & Compensation: Direct HR programs including employee benefits, compensation structure, and company-wide performance evaluations.
• HR Operations & Records: Maintain accurate internal personnel records, compliance documentation, reporting, and administrative paperwork.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Experience: 3+ years of upper-level HR management experience with a proven track record of leading successful HR initiatives.
• Bilingual Skills: 100% fluent in English and Spanish (required for effective leadership across all employee levels).
• Leadership & Communication: Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.
• Compliance Expertise: Deep, working knowledge of labor laws, EEO regulations, and workplace compliance standards.
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Skilled in strategic planning, budget oversight, performance management, and policy creation.
• Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a high-growth setting.
