Hungarian API Onboarding & Technical Support Specialist - Budapest

Are you technically minded and experienced in API onboarding and support?

We’re looking for an API Onboarding & Technical Support Specialist to support partners with Delivery Hero API integrations and provide Level 1 technical support.

The role involves partner onboarding, troubleshooting integration-related issues and supporting internal and external stakeholders throughout the process. The position is office-based in Budapest, Hungary.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new partners to the Delivery Hero API platform
• Provide Level 1 technical support for API and integration-related issues
• Review logs and perform initial troubleshooting
• Support internal and external stakeholders throughout the onboarding and integration process
• Assist with POS system integrations and related queries
• Monitor and follow up on the ticket resolution process to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
• Maintain and update troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and support documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further investigation or escalation

Requirements

• Native Hungarian

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in API onboarding, API integrations or technical support
• Ability to understand logs and perform Level 1 troubleshooting
• Experience using Postman
• Familiarity with POS systems and integrations is considered an advantage; training can be provided
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
