HVAC Commercial Maintenance Technician

We're currently seeking multiple Commercial Maintenance Technicians!

The preventive maintenance crew is responsible to perform the full maintenance for all the systems in the store. Maintenance includes checking for proper operations, changing filters, changing belts, cleaning coils, cleaning the entire oven/hood, electrical compartments, blower motors (air clean), and working area before leaving the store. The required checklists must be filled, and pictures of the job must be taken daily for payroll to be approved. ALL Techs must haveat least a set of screwdrivers/common hand tools.

Driving is part of the job. We have included your drive pay in the total per completed job total.

There will be no drive pay to go back to callbacks. If the technician arrives at the job site due to unforeseen conditions, the job is canceled they will get paid $20/ each for the drive since there will be no job pay.

Requirements:

- Experience recovering freon, installing a/c units, diagnosing commercial a/c units, reach-in and walk-in refrigerators and makelines

NICE TO HAVE:

• Knowing chiller systems is not required

• Experience diagnosing XLT or Middleby ovens, otherwise we can train
• Experience diagnosing Makelines, Walk-in and Reach-in refrigerators

Pay Rate:

LEAD TECHNICIAN (eligible for commission)

• $50 - Ovens/Hoods

• $50 HVAC units

• $50 Walk-ins/ Condenser colts

Total per job completed job: $150 (callbacks included in the pay unless unrelated to the maintenance)

ADVANCE TECHNICIAN

• $45 - Ovens/Hoods
• $45 - HVAC units
• $45 - Walk-ins/ Condenser colts

Total per job completed job: $135 (callbacks included in the pay unless unrelated to the maintenance)

GREEN TECHNICIAN

• $35 - Ovens/Hoods
• $35 - HVAC units
• $35 - Walk-ins/ Condenser colts

Total per job completed job: $105 (callbacks included in the pay unless unrelated to the maintenance)

Ovens and hood estimated time of completion is up to 3 hours with 2 people.

HVAC units estimated time of completion is up to 2 hours with w people.

Walk-ins and condenser colts estimated time of completion is up to 1 hour with 2 people.
