Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Position SummaryThe HVAC Install Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless installation experience for customers by managing scheduling, coordinating branch resources, and owning the install process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, including scheduling and follow-up communication
• Coordinate all aspects of installation jobs with internal teams and branch locations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Own and manage install jobs from initial scheduling through completion and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and manage HR/job workflows for assigned branches to ensure timely progress and documentation
• Update internal tracking tools, including Monday boards, pre- and post-installation
• Collect payment for completed installation jobs when technicians are unable to do so onsite

Qualifications

• Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, dispatching, or customer service (home services industry preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability and follow-through
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and branches
• Proficiency in CRM and scheduling systems (experience with Monday.com or similar platforms a plus)
