Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Meridian is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Install team in Lansing, MI.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 /Hour (Base + Uncapped Commission)

What YOU will do as a HVAC Residential Installer:

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment

What YOU will bring as a HVAC Installer:

• 6+ months of helper experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• HVAC degree or equivalent
• Valid drivers’ license
