What YOU will do:

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, and service-related issues
• Accurately document all service work and client communications
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Run service calls and repair or replace parts as needed
• Communicate system conditions, recommended repairs, and maintenance needs clearly to customers

What YOU will bring:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan and/or Nexstar (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• EPA Certification (required)
