What You’ll Do (and Do Well)

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with confidence

• Perform tune-ups, maintenance, and system evaluations

• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC components

• Ensure all work meets local and national code requirements

• Deliver the kind of customer experience F.H. Furr is known for—professional, friendly, and trustworthy

What You Bring to the Table

• Active HVAC license required

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills

• A passion for delivering top-tier customer service

• Excellent communication and professionalism

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Valid driver’s license (company policy requires drivers to be 21+)
