Bring your HVAC expertise to a dedicated in-house maintenance role supporting Spring Oak’s own properties.
Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems at our properties. This position services Spring Oak’s own facilities and does not involve traveling from customer to customer or completing outside service calls.
We are looking for a dependable technician who can diagnose problems independently, complete quality repairs, and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently. Your work will help create a comfortable environment for our residents and team members.
What You’ll Do: But not limited too

Maintain and repair HVAC systems at Spring Oak’s properties, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.

Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control-system problems using diagnostic tools and technical schematics.

Repair or replace compressors, motors, thermostats, controls, and other components.

Install and replace HVAC equipment and related components as needed.

Communicate equipment concerns, repair recommendations, and replacement needs to Spring Oak leadership.

Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.

Follow applicable codes and safety procedures.

Work respectfully around residents and staff, keeping work areas clean and minimizing disruption.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience independently diagnosing, servicing, and repairing HVAC equipment.

Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical systems, refrigeration, and mechanical components.

Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to prioritize maintenance needs.

Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
