Earn $70,000–$80,000/year
🌱 Your Impact
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide direct ABA services in-home (with opportunities in school and community settings)
Partner with families and caregivers to create consistent, effective support systems
Coach and empower parents with practical strategies
Track progress and adjust plans using data-driven insights
Collaborate with your team through case consultations and meetings
🎯 What You Bring
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active BCBA certification + Virginia state licensure
Experience with early childhood preferred
Willingness to provide in-home services and some evening availability
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
