Operating out of Vienna and San Francisco the i5 team has set up over 150 strategic deals and partnerships with companies such as Google, Salesforce, Verisign, Samsung, Cisco, Telefonica, NBC, Naspers, Volkswagen, Amdocs, IAC, Pfizer/Zoetis, Microsoft, Facebook, Nvidia, Airbus, Toronto Stock Exchange, and many other global tier-1 technology giants.

Your responsibilities:

• Act as an operational partner to the founder
• Support the execution of strategy by leading special projects, strategic initiatives, and key priorities from the founder’s office
• Manage operational and financial planning tasks on behalf of the founder / family office
• Enable effective decision-making by ensuring the CEO has access to the right information at the right time
• Report portfolio performance
• Manage Investments in public and private companies
• Wealth Managment and investment strategy support
  
• Manage relationships to banks and financial institutions
• Interface to 3rd party service providers such as law firms, venture funds, tax advisors, investment banks and corresponding taks

Your profile:

• You are a people person who brings positive energy, enjoys collaboration, and helps the team thrive
• Master degree in business, management, law, ...
• 4+ years of relevant experience (e.g. chief of staff, consulting, family office, wealth management, investment banking, VC, M&A, corporate development, law firm) or in a scaling tech/start-up environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep interest in the global tech industry
• Excellent analytical skills, fast decision-making, and a hands-on, independent mindset
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized, flexible, and a quick learner
• Experience in an international environment

According to Austrian law, we are required to state a minimum salary for this position. The expected minimum annual gross salary for this role, on a full-time basis, is EUR 60,000. The salary will be significantly overpaid based on work experience and achievements.
