The Global Emerging Markets business consists of Interest Rate Derivative, Foreign Exchange and Cash Bonds trading businesses. Fixed Income and Currencies business is a market leading provider of innovative investment, risk management and financing solutions to Corporates, Governments and Institutional Investors globally.

Your key responsibilities:
As a Trading and Client Flow Management person you will be responsible for:

• Build and expand client relationships across financial institutions and corporates

• Pricing and executing Corporate and Institutional client flows

• Risk management and portfolio optimization

• Responsible for execution, trade capture and PnL signoff of trading book

• Continuous exploration of overall platform enhancements with emphasis on flow automation

• Optimize product delivery and service through co-ordination with internal groups and pro- sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and customer loyalty

• Continuous exploration of overall platform enhancements.

Your skills and experience:

• Strong understanding of financial institutions, with knowledge of FX and/or Rates products.

• Knowledge of sales, trading, and market risk concepts, gained through academic studies, internships, or relevant experience.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to apply product knowledge in a trading environment.

• Demonstrated interest in financial markets, trading strategies, and evolving market dynamics, with a willingness to continuously develop expertise.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to contribute effectively in a high-performance environment.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage for supporting clients across the region.

• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
