• At least 3 years of experience in IIB.

• At least 4+ years of experience in WMB, IIB.

• At least 4+ years of experience in software development life cycle.

• At least 4+ years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

• At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.

• Requirement Elicitation and Gathering.

• Support QA and production implementation of releases.

• Conduct review of Design, Code, Unit test results and other deliverables.

• Execute implementation plan for production rollout.

• Creating requirement specifications and use case narratives.

• Communication with stakeholders regarding project schedule, progress and open issues.

• Providing clarifications of the Business requirements to the development and testing teams.

• Reviewing the deliverables prepared by the Development team e.g. Application and Component Design, Unit test plans etc.

• Reviewing the deliverables prepared by the Testing team e.g. Testing Strategy, System and Regression test plan, System test scripts etc.

• Experience in Insurance domain.

• Experience in Onsite/offshore communication.

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.

• Good communication skills and Analytical Skills.

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

• Experience in working in distributed agile model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
