I/DD Caregiver - DSP

Join BAYADA as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and provide meaningful, one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as a I/DD Caregiver - DSP. We help our clients live more independently and confidently at home and in their communities!

What You’ll Be Doing as a I/DD Caregiver - DSP:

• Helping clients stay engaged with hobbies and interests
• Supporting daily routines, including light meal prep
• Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
• Encouraging independence through community activities

What You’ll Bring as a I/DD Caregiver - DSP:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 1 year or more of experience with I/DD preferred. (No experience? We’ll train you—with paid training available!)
