- Strong specialty support including General Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Ophthalmology, Sleep Medicine, Speech Therapy, and Physical Therapy
- Average nightly admission volume of approximately 6 patients

Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Med-Pediatrics
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of North Carolina
- Ability to obtain and maintain hospital privileges
- Interest in nocturnist practice and inpatient medicine
- Comfortable managing ICU-level patients, including ventilator management, central line placement, and lumbar punctures
- Strong clinical decision-making skills in an acute care setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with nursing staff, specialists, and tele-intensivist support
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
