We are currently looking for Business Development Manager for our US operations who has/ can:

  • Total 5-6 years of IT Solutions & Services Sales Experience in which recent 3 years as Business Development Manager/ Account Manager in Edison.
  • Thorough understanding of Web/ Cloud based bespoke software development project sales cycle and proven ability to close medium to high value deals.
  • Understanding of regulations, industry trends, and business processes at least two domains.
  • Ability to build new and long term relationships with medium to large accounts. Should be able to leverage existing relationships in the market place to generate sales within a short period and grow the market for the company in a sustainable pace
  • Self-driven go getter who believes in ethical business practices and long term commitment
  • Consistently outperform self in achieving set targets and improve profitability of the operation
  • Build and manage a team that supports the growth in business
  • Work closely with teams in other parts of the world to maximize cross border market opportunities and resultant business
  • Manage the local P&L as a profit center and ensure positive cash flow
  • Candidates from Edison or willing to work in Edison will be preferred.
