Immigration Paralegal - full time or part time
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join a growing U.S. immigration law firm and support complex employment and investment-based immigration matters.
This is a fully remote role for a highly organized legal professional who understands U.S. immigration processes, works confidently with clients, and delivers accurate work under strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize employment and investment-based immigration petitions.
- Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence and organize supporting documentation.
- Draft immigration forms, support letters, legal correspondence, and case documentation.
- Communicate directly with clientsto gather information, collect documents, and provide case updates.
- Track filing deadlines, case milestones, and government notices.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital case files.
- Support attorneys with case preparation and follow established firm procedures.

Use AI tools responsibly to support research, drafting, organization, and productivity.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Paralegal, Lawyer, or Attorney.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience handling U.S. immigration matters for a U.S. law firm.
- Strong experience with employment-based or investment-based immigration.
- Hands-on experience with preparing and filing immigration petitions.
- Experience preparing RFE responses and supporting evidence.
- Strong legal drafting and document preparation skills.
- Experience with MyCase or comparable legal case management software.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
