Job responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze their business requirements and objectives.

• Provide expert recommendations and solutions to meet client needs using B2B SaaS products.

• Lead the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration of software solutions with client systems.

• Conduct presales activities, including product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and solutions.

• Perform API integration and customization using Java and Python coding.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of client requirements analysis and solution recommendation.

• Proficiency in API integration and software customization.

• Experience with Java and Python coding.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur and travel as required.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
