1) Understanding usage of Enthralltech Products (LMS), Documentation viz. Product Manuals, Presentation Preparation

2) Scheduling online meetings/training sessions for product users on customer demand / as presales assistance

3) Assistance to PM through participation in Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis, Documentation and Planning

Qualifications

1) Any IT Graduate (B.Sc. – IT, BCA, BE (CS), BE (IT), M.Sc., MCA), Post Graduates / MBAs would be preferred.

2) Should be good at language (English)

3) Should have basic knowledge of development technologies for web and mobile apps and technical architecture

4) Should have awareness of data center, server operating systems, networking, cloud technologies, webinar tools
