Implementation Manager - Admin & Finance

The Implementation Manager – Admin & Finance (A&F) plays a crucial role in the rollout of Rhenus Transport Management System (TMS) with a specialization in administration and finance functions. Focused on the financial aspects of business processes in the freight forwarding industry, this role will involve project management and operational excellence.

• Lead and coordinate activities related to operational finance aspects of Rhenus TMS and rollout across the APAC region.
• Sales/ Purchase invoice, GL code mapping, financial reporting, accruals, financial data maintenance, etc.
• Conduct and support financial gap analyses from existing to new system.
• Provide support as a TMS, finance expert, to resolve escalations from users.
• Conduct training sessions on administration and finance functionalities within Rhenus application landscape.
• Coordinate business requirements with relevant stakeholders for new developments, improvements and bug fixes.
• Testing of new feature releases to ensure it meets business requirements and functions as required.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation (timeline, plannings, allocation plan, etc.)
• Ensure alignment with global operational financial standards in all applicable countries.
