Primary Objective

主要目标：

Responsible for daily import/export operations including booking, customs declaration, documentation review and shipment tracking, ensuring materials are delivered on time, in correct quantity and quality to meet production sales requirements.

Key Activities

•   Assist Dept. manager with paperwork monitoring (management/payment records/customs document checking., etc).
•   Keep track of imported material, ensure all imported/exported goods and Intrastat reporting items have the correct customs tariff code in master data, and which is used for customs clearance and is correspond to local customs declaration requirements.
•   Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal departments for shipment arrangements, including space booking, trucking, customs declaration and duty payment.
•   Handle customs clearance abnormalities and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues promptly.
•   Ensure shipping documents (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, B/L, etc.) match contractual and L/C terms can be fulfilled exactly.
•   Ensure the preliminary examination and review of customs declaration documents, file management for customs declaration and certification meet AEO requirements.
•   Prepare departmental KPI data, report/analyses.
• Coordinate cross-functional departments to support AEO Advanced Certification project implementation and ensure ongoing compliance with certification requirements after certification is obtained.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards.

Qualifications

Key Requirements: Education/Working Experience/Professional Experience/Behavioural Competencies

Skills & Knowledge:

•   College degree or above, bachelor is preferred.
•   Good English and computer skills.
•   2-3 years of import/export & logistics experience in Manufacturing factory.
•   Experience in dealing with customs / CIQ affairs.
•   Experience in international transportation arrangement.
•   Familiar with all transportation modes under different incoterms.
