We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as an In-Store Promoter. This role involves educating and inspiring retail associates about our exceptional products and services. Responsibilities

Conduct engaging training sessions for retail associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

Achieve sales goals by motivating associates to generate appointments and referrals.

Track and report on training outcomes and sales performance.

Build strong partnerships with retail store management to foster a collaborative environment.

Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

Travel within the designated territory (Dallas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas) to conduct training sessions as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or training preferred.
