The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.

• Pneumatic Test Bench – Process owner
• Establish testing as per test data sheet (PDS) 
• Ensure testing machine capability (Cg,Cgk),
• GRR Lead process control & optimization (to meet Quality, Productivity, Failure cost targets) 
• Evaluate testing failure with QC tools, root cause analysis and actions implementation
• Continuous Improvement (eg - Kaizen & Yokoten)ECR and 4M change initiate/validate/implementation 
• Implement digital EWS to detect testing failures proactively and reduce downtime/scrap

Essential skills

• Pneumatic testing equipments
• Pneumatic circuits
• Data analysis
• Air pressure and leakage concepts
• Test specification interpretation

Desirable skills.

• Change management (CR)
• Continuous Improvement
• Evaluate leakages from assembly to component level
• Capability study (Cg/Cgk),GRR

Qualifications

Any BE/BTech 

5+ years experience in testing
