Independent Working Cook I (2 positions**)

Lemon Grass is an authentic Thai takeaway and delivery business in Utrecht, known for fresh ingredients, traditional flavors, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. To expand our kitchen team, we are looking for two Independent Working Chefs I who share our passion for Thai food.

Tasks

• Independently prepare and pass on authentic dishes.
• Guaranteeing quality, taste and presentation according to our standards.
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP and hygiene regulations.
• Professionally managing the helpers in the kitchen.
• Inventory management: ordering, receiving and checking ingredients.
• Thinking about new dishes and optimization of work processes.

Requirements

• MBO 3 work and thinking level
• Stress-resistant, accurate and responsible.
• Passion for cooking and an eye for quality.
• Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

Benefits

• Salary between €2,600 – €3,000 gross per month (depending on experience and knowledge).
