Our athletic trainers strive to serve their athletes using research-driven methods and treatments. As an Industrial Athletic Trainer, you will provide care to industrial athletes in a collaborative manner with PT and OT colleagues. Responsibilities will include leading work conditioning activities, performing pre-employment agility assessments, delivering orthopedic rehabilitation to industrial athletes and be a key member of the case management team.

Your Responsibilities as an Athletic Trainer

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
• Orthopedic assessments and documentation
• Counseling on concussions, nutrition, mental health, etc.
• Coordinated stakeholder communication, e.g., MD, PT, PSC, etc.
• Field and venue setup

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in athletic training
• State licensure and certified by the American Board of Certification
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $55,000 – $67,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
