Specific duties include but are not limited to

Job activities for the Industrial Process Painter could include:

• Preparing a surface for painting and applying paints using conventional spray equipment
• Repairing surface defects before application of paint
• Mixing of paint
• Assessing initial application and reapplying paint when necessary
• Paint application must meet drawing specifications and may require masking areas that are not to be painted
• Responsible for maintaining inventory of paint and supplies

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• HS diploma / GED
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• 2 years experience spraying wet paint with conventional or HVLP equipment
• Experience setting up and tearing down tooling and fixturing used for production runs.
• Regularly lift 10-15 lbs, Occasional lifting of 20-30 lbs
