About the Internship

This internship is ideal for an Industrial Psychology student who is excited about joining a software company that makes a social impact.

We are offering an opportunity for an Industrial Psychology student who is looking for a place to do his/her Industrial Psychology Internship in his/her journey to register as an Industrial Psychologist. The intern will be supervised by Mezzanine’s internal registered Industrial Psychologist. However, this internship programme is not yet accredited by the HPCSA, thus the onus will be on the applicant to get approval from the HPCSA of the programme.

The Ideal Intern

We are looking for a bright Industrial Psychology graduate who is a quick learner and who wants to make a positive impact. The individual will have professional written and verbal communication skills and be able to handle sensitive information confidentially. The ideal individual will be structured, have a high attention to detail, and process driven. We are looking for a great team player, someone that is dedicated to the team’s success and thus contributing to the company’s mission.

Requirements

• The individual should currently be enrolled for or have completed a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology
  
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Structured and detail focused
• Takes initiative and ownership
• Good computer skills
• South African citizen and Employment Equity individual

Internship duration: 12 months, starting ASAP
